Summer time is our favorite time of year! So many fresh fruits and veggies available, and plenty of good weather to enjoy with friends and family. We threw together a super easy picnic basket that will fill up a whole family with good food!
- Our recipe: Heat 1/2 cup of honey and 5 cups of water in a pan. Remove from heat when honey is dissolved, and add 1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice. Cool and serve.

- Fun alternatives to typical sandwiches! All the protein without any processed grains.
